EXCELLENT..! LET ME TELL YOU.... Enchiladas de Mole are actually called Enmoladas. CAROL was our excellent waitress. She's on the ball. My granddaughter, Alex, said that they were the best she's ever had. My enchiladas suezas were excellent as well. The chicken was very tender. Rice and beans were as expected, delicious.
