On July 20, 2025 I went to this restaurant with my husband it was around 6:30 pm. When the employee Sam started making my sandwich she was not making it how I asked I asked another employee to make my sandwich and she got mad, as I was talking to the employee making my sandwich Sam came from the back very aggressively asking me what the f word I was saying. I informed her I was not talking to her and that I was talking about my sandwich she kept being aggressive towards me to the point where the employee making my sandwich had to tell her to go to the back so she could finish helping us. On July 30, 2025 I went to the restaurant again with my daughters and my grandson that is 4 years old, we were there for around 15 minutes before our sandwiches were started we got 4 sandwiches in total and they were all made by 1 employee. When we arrived we ended up parking next to Sam, Sam was on a break in her vehicle with her windows rolled up and on her phone. We exited my vehicle and proceeded to enter the restaurant. It was busy so we had to wait to be served. As we were waiting Sam came back in from her break. Around 5-10 minutes after she came in the other employee started making our sandwiches. After our sandwiches were made the other employee proceeded to ring me up so I could pay. Another person came from the back (that I assumed was a manager) aggressively telling the employee that was ringing me up not to serve me and my family. We were confused about who she was talking about including the employee that was ringing me up so she asked who she was talking about and she pointed at me. She then proceeded to say she was calling the police and security saying that harassing an employee was unacceptable. My daughter asked her who she was talking about and who did we harass when Sam started laughing and saying us. Sam then started arguing with my daughter using the f word and the n word and the b word towards my daughter I then made my kids go get in the car I finished paying and that’s when I saw the lady that I thought was the manager taking photos of my family and myself as well as my vehicle. I have coming to this Subway since it opened and I have never had a problem until this young lady Sam started working their. Her customer service is very bad and her language that she chooses to use is even worse. I am disabled and I travel out of my way 25 -30 minutes jus to go to this Subway because the customer service and the food is so high...

And then the girs said to him its ok like to prevent him from.speaking , well he did my sandwiched chicken nacho cheese i said i wanted tosted and he just put it for 15 seconds with all the cold food didnt melt or even warm the food. . Come Monday it was not canceled and I was fully charged. I called and talked to a manager who said she would call and take care of it and call me back.
