The 909 — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Came to watch a NFL playoff game, stood in line for a table about 30 min prior to the game and was able to get seated for a F&B minimum of $50. We had 3 people so easily met that. Service was horrendous. We placed our food and drink orders immediately. One drink was served quickly. Waitress said she'd be back with the other 2 drinks, her probably returned once every 30-45 min only to say they were out of the drinks we ordered. This happened twice. Food arrived about an hour in. Tried to order 3 items on the mobile order system for delivery to the table since the wait staff was so slow. 1 of 3 items were delivered and other 2 never showed up. We waited 1.5 hrs before I asked the waitress why my other 2 items had not arrived. She said those orders are for pick up, but I explained to her that all the items were placed together and 1 of them was delivered. She shrugged and said she doesn't know. Closed out and went to find the rest of my order which had been sitting on the counter for waitstaff to pick up and deliver. I asked the counter person if the food would have been safe sitting on the counter for almost a couple hours, she said ya it's not hot food... but it was actually refrigerated items with diary so I'm sure that's not good sitting out either. Anyhow, it was my first time eating at the casino and disappointed in this first experience. We were suppose to stay at the 909 for the second game and dinner but the slow service discouragedus from staying. Food was OK, nothing memorable. Wings and fries were probably the more decent items. The energy and fans watching in the area made for a fun environment. The screen is huge so no problem viewing from any table. Fix the service and I wouldn't mind coming back but my first impression was negative. I do appreciate the non-smoking...

I had an absolutely fantastic time at the 909 Bar inside Yaamava Casino, and I can't praise it enough! The highlight of our evening was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by our bartender, Adriana.

From the moment we sat down, Adriana was not only attentive but also had an incredible understanding for our drink preferences. Her recommendations were nothing short of spectacular, and she even convinced us to try something we wouldn't normally go for – a decision we didn't regret in the least!

Adriana's customer service was outstanding. She was friendly, engaging, and seemed to have an uncanny eye for detail. It's clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about ensuring her guests have the best experience possible.

Overall, the 909 Bar inside Yaamava Casino exceeded our expectations, and it was all thanks to Adriana's amazing service. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful night out, and I can't wait to return for another memorable visit. Thank you, Adriana and the 909 Bar team, for making our night...

The food options are good. The atmosphere is amazing and you do feel like you’re actually in vegas sports book which I love the problems with this 909 location in the casino is customer service or I should say the lack there of …the people working (poorly trained ) especially the guys in suits (especially the white guy blind ish hair wearing a blue suit evening of 8/11 at approximately 11pm …) that are acting like managers that don’t know their head from the door in the wall. They need to, redo the process during concert events so that people accurately get their orders in a timely manner or through the kiosk system they’ve developed …also train your staff, especially the managers to be polite, not condescending and show some appreciation for gamblers that spend money and go to the concerts at the YAAMAVA theater.
