As I was driving down the street my nose caught a whiff of this most delicious barbecue smell and I knew that it must be coming from dells hideout because there were no other restaurants on that street so I decided that I would stop on the way back from my job to eat lunch there. The waitress was Maki and she was very delightful and efficient she seated me immediately and gave me a menu which I saw they had fish and chips and so I knew I had to order that just to find out if they were worthwhile to come back and eat again. Yes they are!!! Delicious and certainly worth going back for. I believe they use Cod fillets and fry them to order golden brown and hot! Needless to say, I highly recommend this place to eat not only are the fish and chips the best but also beef briskets and barbecue grilling are the number one priority. Great place go and visit them! ps: I'm a non drinker so I couldn't tell you about any of their ipa beer selections.

Tuesday July 20th 2021 1:00pm: Second time coming here and was looking forward to their fish and chips as I was seated my waitress was very nice and I told her I would like the fish and chip order and it got started. When my order arrived I could see that the fish was very dark and over fried and as I looked it over was not very impressed or happy but I decided to dig into it but was feeling dissatisfied and when the waitress came back I told her that I felt it was overcooked and she offered immediately to replace them and have them cook some more, but I being the person I am told her that it's okay and I would continue eating it. About 10 minutes later a manager walks up with a tray of three golden perfectly fried fish fillets and apologizes for the ones I was eating. I was so surprised and taken back I just thanked her and she said that they had a new cook who was still learning and that she could now show him how to improve his skills. She knew that this was just my second time since the waitress must have told her and she said that she wanted to make sure I would come back and I was so appreciative of their efforts because knowing myself, I would probably not have returned but because of this small act of customer awareness and care I will most certainly return. When it came to pay my bill the waitress said that it's all taken care of which surprised me even more and I just want to tell you that this is how customer service is done and appreciated. Kudos to the waitresses and managers at Dell's hideout see you in the future along with...

Torrie is the REAL MVP. I rolled in with family to smash some wings and consume Sunday Night Football. I was stoked to hear it was restaurant week and $35 fetched an app, entrée, and dessert. I asked our server Torrie to just pick for me because she has the best engaging personality and I could tell she was a real pro. BTW, the place was PACKED. From what I could tell there were only two servers and a food runner. But, I never for a moment felt neglected. For my meal Torrie chose: wings half-Buffalo/BBQ, Brisket sandwich with elote off the cob for a side, and the banana pudding for dessert.

DUDE….What!!?! She freaking NAILED it. The wings were delish smoked and fried golden. The brisket sandwich was decadent with excellent pickles and onions to cut the fat. But the real star for me was that elote side! Here’s the thing, it’s not something that I’d ever order. That’s why I sometimes just put my faith in a helpful server. They know their product and Torrie and I were having a nice chat so I knew she’d take care of me. If you are ever having a hard time deciding and your server is legit like T was, it’s a good idea to let them drive. I was NOT disappointed. That banana pudding was fire too. It has nilla wafers and chunks of banana in it too. Yum yum yum. I can’t wait for my next trip back. I hope Torrie is working. She is a true...

After a horrible BBQ experience I decided I needed to eat at a different establishment to get that bad experience out of my mind. I trusted reviews once again and I was not dissapointed.

First the place has a really relaxed and cool atmosphere. It is nice that they have an area for the kids to play with although it would be better if it was clean. They offer a large variety of beverages from soft drinks to beers. I had something called the lemonade sour and that was delicious.

The brisket was not a disappointment. I am so glad that we decided to stop by and give this place a try although we had already been burned once by reviews. Dels brisket was definitely perfectly seasoned and cooked. It was very tender and juicy. The mac and cheese was the creamy texture and flavor you expect mac and cheese to be. The street corn had what tasted to me like a cilantro cream sauce with some spiciness to it. Everything combined well with each other and it was a very delicious meal. Lastly although we were already full we decided to order the banana pudding and I'm so glad I did. So creamy Perfect Blend of sweetness almost like it was homemade. I did accidentally get served a bread pudding and that's smell delicious but I didn't taste it it belong to the table next to us.

We will...

Nice place. Just opened so it is quite new. Decor is a little industrial with a very clean and neat feel. The whole restaurant is open to the outside via windowed sectional doors. The bar looks to be loaded with variety and they do in fact have beer, wine, and a great selection of cocktails. The food is BBQ. My pulled pork was good and the portions were more than adequate. Service at the table was also good. My complaints: you order your meal at the bar which is a huge bottleneck (pun intended). Took way to long to order when there were three servers that could easily have taken an order at the time if they were set up that way. They serve Pepsi and Stubborn products via a two soda machines so you can get refills at your leisure ( just a personal thing that I dont like diet pepsi so that was a drawback). For a party of 1 it cost me over $20 not including alchohol. That's a little pricey but considering what I normally pay for BBQ and the fact that the food was good it's somewhat reasonable. Being my first time here I would definatly eat here again. Seems like a great place to go out with friends for drinks.

We finally decided to stop in here after driving by it every day. Cannot say we were disappointed! The food was very flavorful and the ambiance is nice and laid back. You order up at the bar and sit wherever you want and they bring the food out to you. They have a little device at each table that allows you to call a server over to bring another round or bring you to-go containers. You can also signal that you're ready to close out your tab. It was nice to finish eating and be able to leave because we had already paid. It's also pretty family friendly with arcade games and a small outdoor play area for toddlers. They also have TVs for watching sports, obviously. It's open air, so it might get a little warm inside on hot days, but the eating area is never in a spot to get direct sunlight so it might not ever be an issue. They also are dog friendly and provide water bowls so your furry friend can stay hydrated. All in all, it was a great experience and we are glad that we went and are looking forward to the next trip!
