I don’t usually write bad reviews because I know it’s not good for the business but I would like the manger Tyler and the district manger Michelle to be aware of how their employees treat other customers, I went in to use my rewards, yes I had 4, at the order taker I did not separate the orders, I will next time if I ever go back, BUT it shouldn’t matter, that’s what the employees are working for is to do those things for me at the pos that you pay at, this older black lady with back in the day uniform on meaning she might have been working there for a while, mind you was ignoring me and talking to some lady while I was waiting to pay, was complaining the whole time about how they usually don’t do this many rewards at a time because they have to put it in twice then the cooks get confused, all you have to do is put “DO NOT MAKE” on the orders, it’s NOT that hard, yes it’s a little time consuming and tedious but wow it’s not that serious, I explained to her that all these people behind me orders aren’t even done yet so why can’t they wait to pay? Ryan then came over to help out the other guests, he didn’t have his uniform on, he had a band shirt or some random shirt with print, that’s not even aloud for one, he then laughed at a customer and me for not knowing where the $0 tip is on the screen, I said “yeah I used to laugh at customers too” because it’s ridiculous I know exactly what’s they are doing, making fun, thinking their job is high school or a social party, grow up lady you’re older what are you doing? I’ve worked at Einstein’s for a very long time I don’t understand why they have to be so lazy and complain like they don’t make $20.50 an hour, you have enough people working there why do you have these two? Be graceful in what you do, don’t make people feel stupid or a burden on your $20.50 an hour job for wanting to use THEIR rewards that...
Read moreAs a frequent visitor to Einstein Bagels during my time working at LA Fitness, I had the pleasure of encountering an exceptional employee named Laura. Her warm and welcoming demeanor left a lasting impression on me. Every morning, I was greeted with a genuine smile that instantly brightened my day.
Recently, after a significant gap of over a decade, I decided to revisit the same Einstein Bagels location. To my astonishment, Laura was still there, radiating the same positive energy as before. It felt like time had stood still for her, as she enthusiastically welcomed me back with an even broader smile than I remembered.
It was truly heartwarming to see that Laura had remained at the same establishment for so long. Her dedication to her work and her customers was apparent, as she continued to deliver exceptional service with the same enthusiasm and dedication that I had experienced years ago.
Laura's unwavering commitment to providing a positive experience for her customers is commendable. She embodies the essence of what it means to be an outstanding employee and represents the best of Einstein Bagels. Her exceptional service and unwavering dedication have left an unforgettable mark on me, making my recent visit a truly memorable one. It is clear that Laura truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work, making her an invaluable asset to...
Read moreSuper friendly, great energy in the staff but they couldn't have gotten my order more wrong. First, they almost rung up the entire order wrong, they forgot my coffee when I received my bagel, I ordered it for here, they packed it for to go; the bagel was weirdly cold when I specifically wanted it toasted, the name of the order even has the word toast in it. I nicely mentioned that it wasn't toasted (it was more on the soggy side, if anything; to be fair, it had avocado but the bagel shouldn't have been that cold and soggy) and they told me that it was toasted so I politely said, its pretty soggy, the man told me that he ran it through the oven so I just sat back down. Then I noticed a hair in my food, so that was pretty disgusting. I should also mention that there were little customers in the building, so it wasn't like they were rushing to keep up with business because I can understand that but they just were more focused on socializing than doing what I paid them for. Overall, I'm still a fan of The bagel bros but I wouldn't recommend coming into this location during the...
