I recently visited Fusion Hookah Lounge, Bar & Catering and had an outstanding experience. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening, with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff, including Evan, Chanel, Rivin, Raneen, Natasha, Damaris, and Mark, were all incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Their customer service truly stood out and added to the overall enjoyment of our visit.

Although they don't serve food, the drinks menu more than makes up for it. The variety of cocktails and beverages available is impressive, and each drink we tried was expertly crafted and delicious. I've been coming here occasionally over the last several years. Things were great up until recently. They removed the pool tables which is the first noticeable disappointment. Now there is nowhere else you can smoke hookah and play pool that I'm aware of which made this place unique. They seem to be under new management or something, instead of the open space this place had which allowed distance between other people they now have all these close together couches and it's gotten so busy and crowded inside. The place now seems to be run by women which I am normally fine with but when you have 10 TVs all playing "Love Island" with the sound on we have a problem. It was very distracting and idk about you but if I'm going here it's to get AWAY from the TV and have an actual conversation with a friend or try to get some studying done. The waitress took my beer away before I was finished and asked if I wanted another one. I will tell you when I'm done and if I want another one. If you are here for more than a few hours they will make you buy a refill which you may not even need. Some of the policies are kind of weird. They won't sell you 2 hookahs with a group of people which feels wrong. I was told this was Covid related even recently, not sure if that's an excuse or what. I recently stumbled upon Fusion Hookah Lounge in Mira Mesa with my girlfriend, and we were pleasantly surprised. We found this place randomly and were immediately impressed by the quality of the service—it was top-notch! Although we haven’t stayed late enough to experience the nightclub scene they have later on, it’s great to know that Fusion has more to offer for those who want to kick things up a notch. And the best part? The parking is super easy, which is a rare find in the city.
