This is the 2nd time in about 2 weeks that Little Caesar's (LC) has been a disappointment.
The first time was when I decided to get their "supreme" pizza with thin crust. Biiiig mistake -- almost no cheese. Tasted nothing like the version with regular crust, which I actually like and is at a pretty good price point.
The second time was today. LC is advertising their new flavor of pizza puffs as "a new take on cheesesteak" or similar. Well, if that new take is to not have any steak, they really accomplished that. I didn't have a microscope handy to verify. And the minimal dough (normal for their puffs) was uncooked. And the cheese - what a weird taste. I've treated different kinds of cheese since the 1970s and I'm not sure what I had.
I'll stick to the pepperoni puffs next time. But if the food sucks a third time, I'll give up pizza. (Already gave up on Domino's a few weeks ago -- tasteless and overpriced.)
A final warning: If you're getting an LC pizza, make sure it's a fresh pie right out of the oven. The ones that sit under the heat lamp taste like crap. The pepperoni pizza puffs seem to be okay, though - but I doubt the plain cheese or the new cheesesteak will taste any good if they've been sitting...

The people here are great, informative and friendly, so I give 5 stars for this store. The only problem is Little Caesars corporate business model that the chains have to adhere to. The amount of toppings to bread ratio is very low for one, there should be alot more sauce/cheese. Also if you're going to store pizza for a long time it should not only be heated, but humidified as well. The sauce for bread dipping cost extra (over $1) and so do the cheese packets, but I suppose this is due to the pizza's being only $5.
2018: Stuffed crust pepperoni only $9, $3 cheaper than the competition, and it's ready for pickup anytime...

I had a limited amount of money and very lil time it was around dinner time and i was craving pizza. As soon as i walked in the door "Andre" greeted me with an inviting smile and great suggestions. So I let him no how much i was working with and funny he still offering several new selections and other options to get me what i was craving yet still try the new type of pizza offered. Its because of excellent custor service like what i recieved from "Andre" that keeps us customers loyal and frequent.
