Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Diego

My experience at this location was overall unpleasant. Was planning to dine in after long hours of travel but after walking in we quickly changed our minds of dinning in. We should have just left but my family and I just wanted something to eat.Unfortunately, I didn't capture any pictures to show the state of this place. From the outside to the inside this place was not being kept cleaned or showing any intention of someone attending the dinning area or any other area. Outside; trash bin were overflowing of trash. All the indoor sitting area were dirty. Restrooms were out of toilet covers and toilet paper. One stall did have a toilet roll with blood spots. The cashier was very rude and obviously irritated slamming the register closed, giving attitude and just plain rude to say the least. Didn't catch his name his appearance was slim, light complexión and with long hair. Whether he was having a bad day or not he didn't make the place any more enjoyable. Food took about 30min to get out, fries were salty. Would not recommend this location nor will I be returning you are better off driving to another location or just...

Disappointing and disguisting. I ordered the “ultimate chesseburger” and I receive a bad looking cold bread with a cold meat in the middle and some soread like a pus with blood, something really disguisting, not even close to what you could imagine like a hamburger. And this is no the problem becouse is question of preferences, it was my risk. The problem was I gently try to tell to the employee like a feed back for quality propuses, I didn’t ask for money back or other hamburger, and she handle the hamburger to tell me that is like that what they sell, and keep it, then bringme other (when I say I didn’t want it) I just whanted to be listened trying to help the restaurant for quality propouses. But they don’t listen, just give you an other “hamburger”. Don’t take a risk, go to in-n-out, this are a real good hamburgers. Jack in the Box used to be a good place in the past, now is diying, they don’t care to be a good place to eat any more. I dont know how this place is rated so well. The place is trashed, the bathroom is disgusting (decided to just hold it). I walk in and get in line to order and these two guys walk in and cut in front of me. Guy behind the counter doesn't do anything, I dont think much of it, but then when Its my turn to order I step up to the counter and the employee starts accusing me of cutting in line and calls the people behind me, up to him. Even after they tell the employee I didn't cut them in line, he still insists that they should be before me. I wasnt being rude and I wasnt making scene. I was finally able to order and got my food. The chicken looked like it had been sitting out all day, and their large drink lids dont fit...
