Ive been here plenty of times and honestly, they have the worst service. Either an order got messed up through a mobile order or just the service they give you, there's always something. My sister and I last year had an issue and we contacted jack in the box. We received an email from the district manager to come back so they can make it right and we did. It was unpleasant having to deal with the workers even if we had the email and name at hand. Today we went back because we had a problem with the mobile app recently and had received another email from a different manager. When we went to the window the worker called over the manager and she was very rude. We explained the situation and she said she's the manager and didn't send any email..
