Rising Dragon Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in San Diego

I don't recall the numerous times I have gone to Rising Dragon for their finest Chinese cuisines but each time I have ordered food, it has always been tasty and affordable! Last night ordered the curry beef with steamed white rice, the crispy beef with steamed rice, and a tub of hot and sour soup. All of that for $24! The portions are enough for a family of four to eat. Panda Express can't beat that! Simply one of Paradise Valley's famous symbol of Chinese food! The lady has been enthusiastic and patient when I'm choosing food items. This restaurant is incredible the people are extremely friendly and the food is amazing this is my favorite Chinese restaurant in San diego hands down(I've tried plenty of places). They are always very busy for take-out, but for dinning in it's very pleasent. The portion of food given is more than enough to have a food baby and still have some to take home. We first tried their salt and pepper fish at a friend's house. We are hooked on this. I think it might even be better than salt and pepper chicken (or at least on the same level). When you look at their menu, you do notice they have a few "salt and pepper" dishes. Maybe it's a specialty. Unfortunately, anything else we have ordered from there is just okay.
