I want to like it so much but every single time, the beef and brocoli is unflavored because they use plain steamed brocoli with no flavor. They combine plain steamed brocoli with lightly sauced beef and the sauce should be flavoring the broccoli as well. Its so plain, its hard to eat when not what you ordered, like chewing a tree when you were expecting some lubrication/flavor. I wish they'd give the broccoli a little toss with the beef sauce together before serving it. And the rice is always so dry it barely goes down the throat. Extremely rude staff. My friend and I got two different orders, they put it into one, and the girl cashier gave us attitude for not telling her it was two separate orders. On top of that, they were speaking Spanish the entire time making it feel like they were talking smack about us behind the counter. The food was not good either since the chow mein and rice was dry and on top of that I got more oil and mushrooms than steak for the Shanghai Angus Steak, also being charged $1.25 more. I really do appreciate good customer service, but the young woman behind the counter went above and beyond. She not only suggested I add their app to my iPhone to get a 20% discount, but patiently helped me do it when I was fumbling with the process.
