Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

I ordered at the drive thru and the employee who took my order was very rude and gave me a lot of attitude. I was being really nice to her but she seemed to be really annoyed. When I got to the window she even spoke to me with a lot of attitude about simple things and was very impatient. After I got my Starbucks card scanned I was trying to get my apple pay ready and she immediately, rudely, and impatiently exclaimed "There's no money on it" even though I was switching from my app to my apple pay in a matter of seconds. She then processed to hand me an overflowing drink with liquid all over the drink and closed the window on me. I waited a couple minutes for her to come back and I politely asked for napkins. She said nothing and seemed annoyed that I even asked. She got the napkins, handed them to me and just turned around without saying a word. This was the first and last time I will ever be going to this location. The whole experience from the moment I arrived was unpleasant and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I am a big believer in treating people with kindness and respect which is why I make sure to show kindness to anyone I encounter(especially people who work in customer service). This young lady had dark hair I think and a lot tattoos and I wish I would have gotten her name but unfortunately I was just desperate to leave that negative atmosphere she created. I came in and ordered a grande iced apple crisp oat milk macchiato w/whip. When the barrista Erik first told me there was no oat milk as another barrista took a carton out of the mini fridge. So he begrudgingly started to prepare it. When he slammed it down on the counter I asked him to please add the whipped cream (he forgot to add) and he straight up said NO. Then proceeded to complete my friends cold brew with a splash of cream and 2 pumps of vanilla but instead of a splash of cream he put 1/4 cup cream. When my friend corrected him, he grabbed the cup & threw the incorrectly prepared cold brew into the trash. As he then proceeded to prepare another one the same way and then slammed the cup on the counter saying “THERE!” But forgot the vanilla pumps… as he was about to hand it over spilled it on the counter. Personally I believe if you work in a customer service type establishment you need a better attitude towards clients. We weren’t mean or rude yet we were treated in an ill manner. If he was having a bad day then taking a step back to calm yourself is the ideal. Worst experience I’ve had, EVER. On top of that, the bathroom was messy and trash can was overflowing with trash. While the service is decent but I’ll be perfectly honest here, but any employee currently working at this specific location doesn’t know how to mix and make drinks all that well. And due to their poor mixing skills, 99% of the time, their hot chocolate is possibly going to taste like boiled sewage water as there is little to no flavor in said hot chocolate. And their food here isn’t all that great either, as most of the temperature evaporating from the usual brown bag they put their food in stays fresh for at least 10-20 seconds inside the bag the food is stored in and don’t even bother letting the food sit out that long even past a minute because chances are the food is either going to taste very bad or lose its flavor/freshness rather quickly as they don’t really heat up the food at a decent temperature. Not only that but the overall scenery inside is disgusting as there is either trash on the “dining”tables or the trash cans piling up with said trash to the point where it feels like this is possibly a franchise owned location and becomes overwhelming for certain customers to not think about taking a seat for a few minutes or so while sipping their daily dose of coffee, Frappuccino, hot chocolate in such a extremely dirty...
