Taquería Imperial — Restaurant in San Diego

Went to Taqueria Imperial tonight around 9pm and ordered 2 Carne Asada Fries, one for me and my 2 year old son and the other for my 12 year old and 5 year old neices. As my neices got towards the bottom if their Carne Asada fries my 12 year old neice took a bite into her food and there was a huge peice of glass that she bit into along with her scoop of fries. As a parent I was pissed! Luckily she was old enough to spit it out after biting down on the glass. As upset as I was, we went back to the taco shop to let them know how their food is being served and how dangerous the situation could have been if it was another child or person for that matter. The Manager never said sorry and gave us no reason or explanation other than looking down on the ground to see if there were more glass on the floor 😡! When she did that, I asked her was our food sitting on the floor (she didn't speak English) another employee translated for her and she said "No" looking stupid! I then demanded for the Owners number and 10 mins later they gave me a number for a man named Nicholaus Hernandez who have yet to answer or respond to my complaint.

Fact of the matter, please be careful where you eat, and be very careful of this place. The glass was towards the bottom of the plate as the kids were finishing up their food which means the glass was in the container during Preparation!!! There are a ton of underage looking employees and who knows who's working in the kitchen. This establishment has no address on the buliding and there is no contact information online!!!...

Decided to grab a burrito today simple order breakfast just bacon egg cheese with sour cream... You would think with only two people in line it would only take about 10 minutes a piece to make each order but the customer in front of me took roughly 20 almost 30 minutes to get an order and it took another 10 or 15 minutes to get a single burrito... the morning cashier who speaks barely any English was asked for a Jamaica several times in English and in Spanish I never received my drink due to the clerk forgetting and the bacon on my burrito was burnt... After coming back to let the cashier know that I didn't enjoy the burrito with burnt bacon she gave me a nasty attitude and refused to remake the food (because I noticed a mistake they made by burning the bacon on my food) she just promptly handed me my money back and told me that I had eaten half of the burrito even though I had only taken two bites of it the service here stinks... Needless to say I'm very disappointed because I've been here before and had way better quality food made and better service as well I know they can step it up... But I won't be wasting my money again here if this is what they're overall experience amounts too and you shouldn't either save yourself the headache of shotty service and...

I ordered there all the time but the customer service sucks really bad. I ordered 25 tacos and they forgot 10 tacos. I went back and they said it was to late to receive my money back. I live a few blocks away. How are you going to refuse me something I paid for. They cooks are chill though but front staff are horrible. Not trolling, but put it like this. I have never took the time to write a review in my life. it was that bad. They give Mexicans a bad name. I was wondering who keeps voting for Trump and I think it was Mexican people who work here, the voters must of stopped at this taco shop. There spreading bad vibes dog. The most scandalous ladies. Can't even order tacos without staff trying jack me. I have never had a taco shop try to jack me for an order and you guys might be next. Be aware.
