Tous Les JoursTerrible customer service! On a Thursday evening, I called in to place an order for a cake (since they don't have an option to place an order online) for pick up the next day but was told orders needed to be placed 2 days in advance. I told her that I can pick it up Saturday instead since I didn't need the cake until Saturday night. She didn't seem pleased about that which I'm assuming because she would now have to do paperwork and it was near the end of the day.

I was put on a brief hold and then someone else came on the line to speak with me and take my order. I told her which cake I wanted and when she went looking for some paper to write it down on the phone cuts out.

Thinking it was an accident (or even an issue with my phone) I called back and this time it went sent straight to voice mail. I proceed to call back multiple times (please see attached picture)and each time was sent directly to voicemail.

I liked their dessert, but I don't see myself ever going back here after...

I got there as they were making the $10 bulk discount boxes they make at the end of their day to get rid of their leftover pastries. I wanted to buy one more apple pastry from their discount box as they didn’t have any more on the shelves. They refused and said they don’t have any more apple pastries. Doesn’t make any sense when I was willing to pay full price for a pastry they had in their $10 bulk discount box. I think you need to train your cashiers that sometimes it’s okay to do things a little differently if it makes more sense. Their unhelpful nature really turned me off, I work in the service...

They have lots of good options if you are looking for a tasty dessert or pastry with a good warm drink this place is great. It's very clean has outdoor and indoor dining areas. The indoor was almost full when I went during the weekend. I tried the mango cake and it was light, tasteful and doesn't make you feel bloated. It's also not overly sweet.
