Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in San Diego

I like their Carmel iced coffee and the first time I had it I knew I wanted it again. Needless to say both times after the coffee was the not same. The last trip I ordered a Carmel iced coffee and an everything pizza bagel. The Carmel iced coffee was bitter so after debating going back in (after having been here a second time with a bad experience and still deciding to give it yet another chance) and the cashier was very unamused when I asked for something else. I took a cheaper item (chocolate milk) and walked out. I also decided to check my pizza bagel which was very undercooked. The cheese was unmelted and the bagel wasn’t hot. I walked back in (and waited for the other costumers to finish) because asking for donuts instead. To which the cashier just mumbled ‘I’ll give you your money back’. This place has a very customer service we as clients come in for a service we are paying you for a good service and for you to not have fresh food for a client is absolutely stupid and a very waste of time you do not deserve what they have is what you want as a client I am very disgusted with this place especially because I am pregnant and I was looking forward for a nice green fresh juice and they cannot give me a freshman I asked who was the management there and the lady said she was well I feel sorry for you you do not have any kind of customer service even if you had a lot of people in that place that place it is not good for you to run you are going to go broke real quick if you are the the owner...

I was initially be going to find a Dunkin donuts, but my friends convinced me to come to this Yum Yums. Huge mistake. Worst apple fritter.. I have ever tasted. Coffee.. she had no creamer and wanted to give two little packets of creamer for a medium coffee and then charge .50 for each of us for a shot of hazelnut, which she told me was only for ice coffee. I saw the machine for French vanilla and coffee and asked if I could use that as creamer, of course she charges me 2.60 for 1/2 a cup. Then when I asked her for more cups to mix the coffee with the creamer she charged us for 3 new cups. That is the last time I set foot in any Yum Yums ever again. Very...
