First-time visitor to San Elizario and to Café Arte Mi Admore. Delightful eatery/art gallery. The owner/artist, Erica, is an excellent cook/painter. Her artwork adorns the walls of her Café, along with a few pieces belonging to Gaspar Enriquez (Gaspar's studio is right next door). Gaspar Enriquez is a world reknown artist born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Back to the Café...the menu is light, more along the lines of pastries, ice cream, iced coffees, soft drinks. Erica does offer a variety of panninis and the one I had was so delicious! I won't mention which one I had because I have no doubt they're all yummy. Lived in El Paso for four years and finally went to visit the Missions several days before I moved out of town. It was a scorching hot day out and we were looking for something cold, refreshing, and caffeinated to drink. Cafe Arte Mi Admore is a coffee shop located right next to an art gallery. I am glad they were open on a random Saturday afternoon. We got the cinnamon mocha frappe and it was delicious.
