The food is delicious, the vibes are superb, and the staff is friendly!

The music they play also isn’t annoying and it fits the vibe of the cafe. The cafe itself is named after the owners dog “Diamond” so the cafe is somewhat dog themed which makes it that much better.

They have “croffles” which is a croissant + waffle hybrid and they are soooo good! I’ve had the oreo one and the bacon&cheese one and both were delicious. The coffee is also really good and they have several fun and unique flavors (lavender mocha, salted caramel latte, peppermint mocha, and more)

Diamond Coffee N Pastry is a hidden gem! The cold brew was fantastic—smooth and refreshing, just the pick-me-up I needed. The staff was super friendly, adding to the welcoming vibe of the place.

There’s plenty of seating, which makes it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. The options were a real highlight—creative and delicious, with so many amazing options to choose from.

Rarely am I drawn to any place. This cafe is one of the rare exceptions in that regard. I came to this part of town on a boys trip and was drawn here. I had the ferreo mocha and although I don't like bitter coffee, this one transported me to a happier place instantly. The texture and creaminess was unparalleled.
