Subway — Restaurant in San Germán

Subway is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I'm very disappointed with the Subway in San German, PR. When we arrived, there were three employees and they made us wait for 12 minutes without saying anything to us. I ordered two Food Long Gran Teriyaki Subs. She refused to add banana peppers to my sandwich. She told me without looking me in the eye that the new rule was not to add anything extra to the sandwich. I told her, ((Your supposed new rule is ridiculous, and since when?)) It's false advertising. The best thing about Subway is being able to make sandwiches to your liking. Subway is "Have it Your Way," meaning customer choice of ingredients and satisfaction. It says it clearly on the website and in the commercials. Today my expectation was not met. I bought the sandwiches, but the flavor and the touch of the banana peppers were missing. If they continue with this controversy, I won't buy anything from Subway...

My mom ordered a chicken spinach wrap and they over cooked it so badly that it was almost in liquid form. No one was paying attention to our food because they were arguing between themselves. One of the ladies wasn't wearing gloves at all. Also they were rude during the checkout. At the end my mom had to toss the food because the poorly made wrap was melting all over her hands. Terrible plus they took forever. Def need to work on...

Very comfortable, and really good service from some of the staff, others need a little more incentive or initiative. They dont seem to Happy, and proyect that to the customers. It also needs to improve some aspects of the confection of their products. Sometimes it ain't so fresh, should watch out and pay a little more...
