I had the chance to sit down and dine in today vs. normal take out. At $11.00, I think it is a great price point for lunch. I tried the lunch special - green beans with choice of chicken. The entree came with heap of steam rice and generous portion of the stir fried and 1 egg roll.

If you like very Thai spicy food, you will be disappointed with the heat/spiciness level here. I asked for Thai level spicy which is extra spicy is what this restaurant call it. Yet it's only mild at other Thai restaurants.

It's not cheap eat but I think the price range is good enough to be considered for the budget eat category.

I liked their fried cat fish entree on a previous take out order. Let me warn you. Although small, they gave me the entire cat fish for my order....including the head. If you prefer to eat just fish fillets like me, don't get caught in surprised until you get home and open up your order. If you are the type that enjoy eating fish head, more power to you and you will like such entree here.

Tom yum soup is also very decent.

Overall, a good neighborhood...

Passed by the spot often and I think their hours are on and off sometimes, so I didn't get the chance to try it until recently. Ordered off of DoorDash while in the mood for Thai food. I chose the spiciest level the foods because I'm not sure what to expect when ordering from a new Thai place.

The food came piping hot and on time.

Wow, the heat was real! My mouth was blown away lol. The papaya salad felt spicer than the pad thai, so I ate more pad thai to balance out the salad. The pad thai was less spicy the next day.

Pad thai: Not the best in terms of flavor; I think it could use more seasoning. The noodles were all stuck together. I think the heat made it pretty tasty though.

Papaya salad: I wish the papaya was more crunchy and cut more thin like most places. However it was saucy and the spice was good too.

Tom yum soup: Spicy! People said leaned more on the sweet side but it was good to me. Lots of onions. I wish there was more cabbage and mushrooms.

All in all, a standard place for Thai food...

Ordering to-go at this place might be a mistake šŸ˜• šŸ˜•šŸ˜• They cheap out on your order, maybe it because they know you wont have time to come back and complain.

I've ordered to go from this place a few times and while I thought their prices were alittle high, what I got was good enough for me to come back and warrant the prices. I loved loved the chicken satay when i first got it, the seasoning was good and the sauce was so tasty. But recently when I ordered again they only gave me 4 skewers instead of the usual 5 and the chicken was pretty thin. On top of that the sauce was mixed so poorlu that there was a layer of oil just sitting on top and the pickled cucumber salad was barely even pickled, just cuccumber thrown in vinegar water.

I'm so disappointed because I want to support a local small business, but not when they skimp out on quality whenever they...

Thai restaurant close to Eastridge mall. Tonight I had the Green bean Chili with Chicken. It smelled wonderful on the drive home and I was not disappointed when I finally got home and was able to dig in. The guy ordering in front of me says his wife really likes the fried rice. My real test of a Thai restaurant is whether the kids approve of the Chicken Satay, that will be on next weekend's agenda. There's a bitter melon soup on the lunch menu, being a bitter melon freak, you know I'll be back just to check it out! The spiciness level is a bit on the mild side. Next time I'm going to ask them to increase the spiciness level for me. I like to "need" a glass of ice water. šŸ˜‹ Their default spicy level is probably a good starting point for most people.šŸŒ¶ļøšŸŒ¶ļø

For whatever reason, there just aren't many Thai restaurants in the San Jose Evergreeen/Silver Creek area. When we get the cravings for some Thai food, we tend to come here. It's a fast casual place, meaning you order your food at the counter, but they bring your order out to your table. Bottom line is they have a good selection of the usual Thai dishes you would expect. I would point out one dish that I particularly enjoy - the tom yum seafood NOODLE soup; you can enjoy this all by itself, and call it dinner. And the prices are reasonable. We recommend it.
