This review is long due. I wish I could rate them 0 star. At first me and my husband went to buy diamond ring, we were pretty impressed with their service. Second time, we went to purchase necklace, owner told me that he will send me some design and I can select design. We even asked him weather he needs some deposits. He suggested that he will work on design, he will contact us within a week and we will go from there. Third visit, my husband have to fix his silver ring with Opal so he went to the store. The sales person from store asked him to come back after a week. My husband reminded him about our conversation that we have with the owner and ask him to remind him about our order. When my husband went back to collect his ring, opal was broken. The sales person was not even sorry about it. He was just trying to defend himself and his owner and trying to explain their own personal problem which we have nothing to do with. Then he asked about the design but he was blabbering about their own problem. Later somehow owner contacted me and apologize for their customer service and he send me some design on my WhatsApp. We work on the design and place an order on Jun 02 2022. This is a great little jewelry store located inside Eastridge Mall. Today I was assisted by Samir Maharjan in buying my mother a small gift for her birthday. My mom loves Pandora bracelets and the many different charms they have available. I walked into the store practically at closing time but not once did I feel rushed to leave the store or rushed into buying something right away. Sam is a very knowledgeable jewelry consultant, and they offer amazing quality pieces at such a moderate price point. If you are looking to buy good quality diamonds or gems this is the spot I recommend out of all the jewelry stores in the mall. I like it here because I didn't feel pressured into opening an account or pressured into buying a piece of jewelry and I didn't get an annoyed vibe from asking Sam to show me more and more pieces. He made me feel welcomed and he enjoyed showing me all kinds of different pieces and talking about them. I'll be coming back for sure, maybe purchase a nice watch for...

My regular jeweler recently retired, so I needed to find a new one. I have a custom wedding set that needed rhodium polishing. Off to yelp I go searching for a jeweler. As luck would have it -I found Classic Diamond & Jeweler with many 5 star reviews, hence in the Evergreen. San Jose area, close to home. I’m very particular about jewelers, especially with my wedding set. I called to inquire about this service & pricing. Raj gave me all the info I needed. I took my rings the next day to be inspected & polished. Raj & Om showed my husband & I that I was missing a diamond, but the rest of the ring looked good. They gave us pricing to replace the missing diamond and for rhodium. Told us rings will be ready for pick up in a couple of hours. Indeed they were. Oh my gosh, the rings look stunning!!! Needless to say, they got a new customer... Raj & Om -Thank you so very much for your wonderful customer service...
