Please read all - I found Quan on instagram and loved his work and truly it was amazing . Great communication, and the appt was booked . He was great during the session but I do not like that he took time off to eat . Got tattooed today with a friend and we both got a micro (less than 4 inches) tattoo of the word conversations. The guy was really cool at first but at the end for the poor job he did charged me $340 for both tattoos. Did not have my friend or I fill out consent forms which is a violation and overcharged to the point it was robbery. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB due to unprofessional work and not having us fill out a consent form of any sort. Please never go here !!! If these guys had any decency they’d refund me...

I was looking around Santa Clara and San Jose for a fine line tattoo artist. I found Quan’s portfolio on Instagram and knew this was the guy I wanted to talk to - and he absolutely delivered. This is by far the coolest and most intricate work I’ve ever had done and I am absolutely planning on returning. Quan did a hell of an awesome job....
