Dashers smoking in front of the store. People crowded around the check in place while STARING ME DOWN. Overall dirty ghost kitchen atmosphere. The atmosphere is not in step with a 20.00 dollar meal. Dashers speeding through the small lot almost striking my car. Or that they play music and YouTube on several phones inside of the store. It's just overall a chaotic, non welcoming atmosphere.
It's not bad that the dashers are there. But smoking, reckless driving, and crowding/loitering around every area helpful for customer use is a stressful environment. It's okay that they smoke, but why right by the door?
I like the food, but this is not a customer friendly or clean external location. I'd probably eat here a lot more if the experience was better.
To be clear, the store workers are helpful as well. It would just be nice if there was more order and the place wasn't completely overtaken by delivery people.
Ie, leave parking spots for customers. Don't be at the kiosk unless you're grabbing an order. Don't smoke in front of the door. Don't use media without headphones or be in your car when doing so. Their bowls are well prepared, with great attention obviously paid to presentation, cleanliness, and nutritional value. Other orders I've picked up myself and their automated self-serve system is secure, clean, and easy to use. My only issue has been on a few occasions, parking has been very limited due to the number of delivery drivers waiting for orders. The location, though in an obscure location near the airport, is safe, friendly, well-lit, and has a clean, gender neutral bathroom for patrons. Read moreI ordered from here because the app said it would be ready in like 10 minutes. It wasn't. 30 minutes later I contacted customer service, which was slow to respond. I had to leave to teach a class, but they txted me after I left and said the staff was delivering my food. They weren't. I left a second time. Customer service beckoned me back a second time. And a third, saying the food was ready. It never was. I finally got a txt over an hour after I placed my order saying it was ready, but I was already back at class.
I ended up late to class and without dinner and without a refund.
No people to talk to, horrible customer service. I am astounded. Never have I had a more terrible experience at an establishment.
