For some reason, I expected this garden to be a bit more organized. It was difficult to identify from the street and Google Maps utterly failed to guide us in, nearly putting us on the freeway, instead. There was no informational center and the garden is part of a larger park with various other attractions. A central sign did indicate that visitors could walk through in a specific direction to view the rose varieties in an order that would essentially demonstrate the history of rose cultivation, but we took a pass on figuring it out. The only other signage was small placards indicating the names of the different kinds of roses, most with dedications. It was a pleasant visit, overall. The roses were mostly in bloom.
