I love Pollo Campero. Their food so delicious and flavorful. Today I used the $10 meal deal plus I had the $5 rewards so a $12 meal, paid only $6 then I received an email for a pick at 10:34 AM so I went there and there were tons of Spanish speaking customers waiting for their order too at the front of the store. The text message still in process and it was already 10:36 AM when I got to their location so I went inside and the lady at the counter said that it was 15 more minutes wait as mine was still being cooked. I got a text at 11:01 AM that my order was ready. I was already at my car when I found out that there was a bottled Pepsi and there was no horchata. I was gonna go back but I was already exhausted from waiting. The food was delicious and in excellent temperature. We were hungry before our flight that we decided we had more then enough time to get some food we saw this place and it seemed pretty good WE WERE COMPLETELY WRONG! Staff was extremely unorganized and disrespectful! I placed my order at 1:30pm and was told the food would be ready by 2pm. When 2pm came around i was told 20 more minutes we waited the 20 minutes and were told to wait for a text saying the food was ready after that we waited another 20mins and asked to speak to the manager we were told no manager was available until 45mins from then that is soooooo unbelievable and what is worse is that there was no way to cancel the order!!!
