This was the WORST Starbucks experience I have ever had, let me start off with the inside of the place is cute and amazing. I went into this Starbucks knowing they had a new water policy which I asked for because I was having an allergic reaction I go up to the counter and the convo goes a little like this âhey can I get a cup of water? I know they arenât free Iâm willing to pay for itâ the cashier goes âyou must buy a normal drink then I can give you the waterâ so I improvised and said âokay, so then can I just get a small americano with a cup of water?â And so he rings me up which was about 3.50$ so I paid it didnât mind once he was done ringing me up and once I paid i had said âwould it be possible for you to hold the Americano and just give me the water I know that I paid for it but I donât want the Americano I just want the waterâ he said âdonât worry we will still give it to youâ as I was waiting for my order some female worker comes out to lobby and disturbs this random girl sitting down keep in mind this girl was just sitting there on her phone with a sweater on and her headphones in she was curled up in her chair and the worker goes up to her and tells her very rudely âget your shoes off the chairâ and so the girl scoots a bit to where her feet arenât on the other chair and the worker goes and says âall the wayâ now going back to the cashier he asked for my name which was pointless because they didnât even call out my name nor the drink(s) when...
   Read moreIf you ever come to this location avoid contact with this employee.I wanted my drink remade because it didn't taste good, and after some bitter looks she gave me, she reluctantly agreed suddenly making an excuse that she didn't have to since I didn't purchase the drink at the location. If this is true i can understand the policy, but i had previously been a starbucks partner and NEVER denied a customer a drink remake as long as they had proof of purchase and if the drink was still full. They had unprofessional attitude, and just looked like they didn't enjoy their job and looked like they didn't want to be there, so i questioned her claim - she seemed bothered and and was very combative with her responses⌠I felt like I was being treated differently- ESPECIALLY when I had never been treated like this by ANY employee at Starbucks.    Read moreI had made a call to this Starbucks location because I had been looking for a tumbler for the longest time. The team member who answered the phone was very patient with me and when I asked if they could put it on hold for me she said unfortunately they couldnât but she did tell me exactly where I would find it if I came in the store soon. As soon as I got there I looked for it with the rest of the tumblers and couldnât find it so when I went to the register I told the young man helping me I had called about a tumbler earlier. He then asked for my name and to my surprise they had put it aside for me. I really appreciate that they took their time to put it on hold for me as they were pretty busy. I finally have my tumbler and I am so grateful for the customer service I received....
