Today I ordered a London fog and asked for only 1 tea bag. The cashier didn't listen and sent my order through. I then get my drink and asked for my 2nd tea bag and the barista was uptight and rude. She asked me what I was talking about and tried to make it look like I was at fault,she took it personally. I then said I told the cashier. The cashier said oh my bad.. No apology and carried on. The barista reached into my cup and took the 2nd bag out and gave me my drink again. I said I need my other bag and my drink to be remade. She was all upset telling me that it was ok and that it only had 1 tea bag. The issue is that I can't have alot of caffeine and that she already made it strong. She was classless and was rude from beginning to end. I then asked her to re make my drinks I then said forget it. I told her I wanted a refund. The supervisor gave me one no apologies for the way they speak to customers.. Let alone don't care about they way the order has been taken. Also they use fake names... I called the corporate office and reported that they must be rude to other people or people who question about their order. It's quite disappointing to invite friends for coffee and to get treated rudely. Also I could hear and see them talking about me as I waited for my guest. A male came out and said yeah that was rude of them and that they are still telling the other customers about the situation inside. Not only that they called a staff member from LV spa to come over and see if we were outside to come and see what we were chatting about. The immaturity level...    Read moreI just have to say that I had the most wonderful service at Starbucks this morning. I have been coming in consistently to get my iced vanilla latte and breakfast sandwiches this past week and between yesterday and today, I had to replace my debit card due to suspicious activity. I was issued a temporary card which doesnât include the chip and upon ordering my usual order, my card was not being accepted. I didnât realize that it didnât have a chip until it was too late, and we tried other options to accept it, but it wouldnât work.
My barista was Blair, and he had consistently seen me coming in over the course of the past week as well. He was so sweet and kind, and as Iâm scrambling to figure out what else I can do, he actually covered my coffee and sandwiches. I was absolutely shocked and replied to him, âSeriously? Omg, are you sure?â it was so unexpected and it was incredibly gracious of him to do that for someone.
I really enjoy coming to this particular Starbucks because it is all inclusive and filled with diverse people who really do care and pay attention to their customers. I always see regulars coming in with big smiles and the social interactions are always positive. I know this isnât relative for every location , and there are Starbucks on every corner in the city, but this is certainly one that takes the cake for me and will always appreciate the team who...
   Read morei loved coming to this starbucks. i had been going there almost everyday for a year. recently one of their employees and her friend aggressively accused me of breaking into her car and stealing her gym bag. her car was parked right out front of the main entrance. the idea that i would do something as foolish as break into a car right in front of a store i go to everyday is completely absurd. their reasoning seemed to be that following their discovery of the break-in they noticed me in my car parked a few spaces away. later that day i mentioned the issue to another employee named jo who was already aware of what had happened and that i was being accused. she was very cold and stand-offish regarding the matter. it gave me the impression she believed i had actually done it. this accusation and the way i was treated regarding it is hurtful and humiliating. i will never go back there again. i have filed a formal complaint with...
