Starbucks — Restaurant in San Jose

The manager Abraham, is very unprofessional, not detail orientated at all. Very bad at responding to job. Applicants. And very poor customer service. A another thing I noticed was that he left his number on his email, but got upset when I called the num another thing that was very unprofessional. This had been my regular store until today. I placed a mobile order at 8:58 am and was informed on my screen that it would be ready for pick up at 9:10 am. I came in at 9:20, and the drink was not prepared. I was told they have 14 drink orders, so that it will be a wait. While I was waiting, many customers came and went with their orders. I patiently waited until 9:34 am, and they still didn't work on my order; if a customer has to wait for 35 minutes and leave without a coffee order fulfilled, the service warrants...

This is the slowest and most talkative Starbucks that I've ever stepped foot in. I won't be back. You're at work(!!), focus on making drinks. You're not on stage.
