No complaints here! An unassuming little shop tucked away in a busy plaza. The staff here are friendly and quick. You can hear them juicing the sugarcane as you order. Very fresh and good quality nuoc mia (sugarcane juice). I also tried the pate chaud, which were $1.15 each. These were tasty! Very crispy puff pastry with a good amount of meat. The flavor is quite peppery and savory. I recommend!! They also accept Apple Pay :)

By the time I get to a Vietnamese deli in San Jose, they run out of pate chaud. This store makes pate chaud, a couple kinds. We like the pork one so we order a few to share. It is fresh and crispy. They also have che in the fridge section. We like the nuoc mia, sugar cane drink. The passion fruit is a favorite. It is to-go only, a fun snack shop.

Small and cozy but they serve the best Vietnamese pate chaud in town! Variety includes savory and seasoned ground pork, taro, durian and vegetarian all at $0.70 each. Also, they make some respectable bánh mì sandwiches but sell out often. A good selection of delicious Vietnamese desserts and snacks. On Wednesdays, it's buy two drinks get one free. They're Vietnamese iced coffee is also very good and trust me when I say that. Strong but not overly sweet. No tables or chairs...

COVID-19 Hours - close at 4pm; PHONE orders HIGHLY advised. Been coming here for 10+ years now. Its THE BEST fluffy, savory and crispy pate chaud (I LOVE the pork buns! The veg option is delish!). Dont bother going anywhere else. Their sugar cane juice is sweet but it's meant to be watered down by ice when it melts. It's even Viet OG approved (my dad's super critical of viet food)! CASH ONLY.
