Ordered a wedding present (wall plaque.) Paid in advance. Received exactly one communication (email confirming the design.) No updates on status at all. Estimated ready date goes by - still nothing. Took time off to go there, only to find a note on the door saying "will not be in until afternoon." Finally connected with someone the day before the event and she hands me the plaque with the image put on askew, completely off center! Looks terrible! She says that's the best they can do. I'm out of $130 with no time to order one anywhere else. Stay FAR away from this...

I wouldn't go anywhere else for engravings. I've had 6 "return to tiffany" necklaces done here. each one of them were perfect. the owner use to accept orders from things remembered and tiffany's so you know he's legit!
