Horrible reservations and service. The host was great but everything ended there. No one else cared for our service. The host informed us; that the event coordinator never informed them of our reservations. Everything was a mess. Emma our server responded with that she USE to work at fine dinning but it took over two hours for our food to arrive. I've never seen a server complain after a complaint. Half of our tables had main entrees while the other half had appetizers. I never had the chance to order my entree. Kenny, "the worst manager I've ever met" never came to our table but at the end of the night after multiple complaints were made informed us that he was busy with his own tables and that's why he's never checked on us. They never apologize for their lack of service. We had to order bottles and drinks at the bar. Kenny was no help at all. McDonalds service is better than this place.
The owner's response to my yelp shows completely how unprofessional this place is. If I NEEDED a breathalyzer then that would have meant I was getting service. I wasn't trying to "skip out" on my bill, I actually stayed sat on my table and asked for a manger before I paid my bill but it took til I was the LAST person in the restaurant for them to acknowledge I was waiting for a manager. The "owner" response is a joke because he was never on the premises and there was no other guests around to say anything else. My guests left because I waited...
Read moreDon’t waste your time or money. Service was bad, food was below average. Pizza was barely cooked and I’m pretty sure the salad had bacon bits from Walmart - not real bacon bits. We will not go back. We could have eaten the same thing from Costco for 1/4 of the money and it would have tasted better AND we wouldn’t have had to listen to the freaky Adele wanna be singer.
We waited an hour for a table when they told us it would be 30 min. The staff had no clear job duties..they All do it All...but no one really gets service. By 9 o’clock no one cares because there just there to drink wine and that’s good because the wine was the only thing that was ok. Everyone is frantically running around. Our order was taken by a server just passing thru, we got served by another waiter, and we had to flag down a hostess to get our check. Our server never asked us how it was going other than a quick passing - how y’all doing - never asked for more drinks or filled our water. No one asked us for another glass of wine or desert. The freaky Adele singer started at 8:30 and was catering to the 50th birthday party in the area next to us. Seriously I don’t know those people and I for sure don’t want to be part of their 50th bday...trust me tho..that singer was going to be in your face whether you liked it or not.
Wish I had my 2 hours and $75 back. Not worth it. Do so many other great places to go in...
Read moreOur girl's day out in the beautiful City of San Juan Capistrano was a wonderful experience. It was made even more memorable by our choice of lunch venue, Rancho Capistrano Winery. We were greeted by friendly, helpful and a very professional staff. It was a hairy day for the restaurant as they had only one cook. We were informed that lunch would be delayed due to this problem. As we were all very hungry we toyed with the idea of leaving as some of the other guests were doing, We made the choice to wait it out and it was WELL WORTH the wait. We were treated to several items on the house as we waited. The food was excellent especially the brussel sprouts of which, may I add, I am not fond of. But my favorite new wine of choice is the Mexican Coffee Port. It is listed as a desert wine, but like non I have ever sampled. I am still reliving and experiencing the taste. I have not decided yet how to describe this wine but for now the one word that springs to mind is SUPERB! I would also use this word to describe the food and our whole experience at the winery. Rancho Capistrano Winery is a must visit if you are in the area. CUDOS to...
