Horrible reservations and service. The host was great but everything ended there. No one else cared for our service. The host informed us; that the event coordinator never informed them of our reservations. Everything was a mess. Emma our server responded with that she USE to work at fine dinning but it took over two hours for our food to arrive. I've never seen a server complain after a complaint. Half of our tables had main entrees while the other half had appetizers. I never had the chance to order my entree. Kenny, "the worst manager I've ever met" never came to our table but at the end of the night after multiple complaints were made informed us that he was busy with his own tables and that's why he's never checked on us. They never apologize for their lack of service. We had to order bottles and drinks at the bar. Kenny was no help at all. McDonalds service is better than this place.

The owner's response to my yelp shows completely how unprofessional this place is. If I NEEDED a breathalyzer then that would have meant I was getting service. I wasn't trying to "skip out" on my bill, I actually stayed sat on my table and asked for a manger before I paid my bill but it took til I was the LAST person in the restaurant for them to acknowledge I was waiting for a manager. The "owner" response is a joke because he was never on the premises and there was no other guests around to say anything else. My guests left because I waited...

Don’t waste your time or money. Service was bad, food was below average. Pizza was barely cooked and I’m pretty sure the salad had bacon bits from Walmart - not real bacon bits. We will not go back. We could have eaten the same thing from Costco for 1/4 of the money and it would have tasted better AND we wouldn’t have had to listen to the freaky Adele wanna be singer.

We waited an hour for a table when they told us it would be 30 min. The staff had no clear job duties..they All do it All...but no one really gets service. By 9 o’clock no one cares because there just there to drink wine and that’s good because the wine was the only thing that was ok. Everyone is frantically running around. Our order was taken by a server just passing thru, we got served by another waiter, and we had to flag down a hostess to get our check. Our server never asked us how it was going other than a quick passing - how y’all doing - never asked for more drinks or filled our water. No one asked us for another glass of wine or desert. The freaky Adele singer started at 8:30 and was catering to the 50th birthday party in the area next to us. Seriously I don’t know those people and I for sure don’t want to be part of their 50th bday...trust me tho..that singer was going to be in your face whether you liked it or not.

Wish I had my 2 hours and $75 back. Not worth it. Do so many other great places to go in...

Our girl's day out in the beautiful City of San Juan Capistrano was a wonderful experience. It was made even more memorable by our choice of lunch venue, Rancho Capistrano Winery. We were greeted by friendly, helpful and a very professional staff. It was a hairy day for the restaurant as they had only one cook. We were informed that lunch would be delayed due to this problem. As we were all very hungry we toyed with the idea of leaving as some of the other guests were doing, We made the choice to wait it out and it was WELL WORTH the wait. We were treated to several items on the house as we waited. The food was excellent especially the brussel sprouts of which, may I add, I am not fond of. But my favorite new wine of choice is the Mexican Coffee Port. It is listed as a desert wine, but like non I have ever sampled. I am still reliving and experiencing the taste. I have not decided yet how to describe this wine but for now the one word that springs to mind is SUPERB! I would also use this word to describe the food and our whole experience at the winery. Rancho Capistrano Winery is a must visit if you are in the area. CUDOS to...

We had been so curious about this place every time walking by so we finally did come for dinner. We asked our waiter a ton of questions about their wines and membership. Sam was so patient and answered them. We ordered the Maverick bottle and really enjoyed it with our dinner. In general, a restaurant would mark up 100% or more of whatever wines they sale, but their wines pricing on the menu is about 15% more than a member price. Thats pretty good bang for bucks. Let talk about food. Overall is pretty good. 1. Deconstructed Burrata Caprese: I didnt find any basils in the sun-dried tomato pesto so it was a disappointment. However, the dish was good. 2. Tropical Macadamia Mahi was very good. The fish was cooked perfectly, moist and fresh. The wild rice was ok. 3. RCW cow boy was very good. The ribeye was great quality and cooked perfectly. What really won us over was their accommodation. We were not demanding by any means but we were goofed up something and they were so understanding and accommodating the matter. We definitely come back. Thanks for everything.

Happy hour is all day on Mondays! Flat beads were outstanding. Mushroom truffle and pear gargonzola were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The Caprese and brushetta were also amazing. We also had the poki stack which was good and were the fish tacos. Surf and turf was really good but the pork chop was slightly dry and the rib eye was over designed (too many flavors at one time; the blue cheese overpowered the mushroom sauce which masked the flavor of the steak). The whisky Bundt cake stole the show over the caramel cup for dessert. The service was exceptional. Both our server and his support were very attentive and personable. They brought water for the dogs and offered heaters for my mother in law and mom. We had a large party of over 12 so I had to book through their event coordinator which was easy but not easier than booking online. She was very nice and even sent an email confirmation like I booked online.
