Franciscan Plaza — Local services in San Juan Capistrano

God help me! I don't remember visiting Franciscan Plaza a week ago? Is Franciscan Plaza located in San Juan Capistrano? . I did have dinner at Sun-dried Tomatoes Restaurant last week January 18 Saturday! Great service and food! Did I drive by? Google thinks I personally physically darkened door of Franciscan Plaza when I did not. Gout attack has me in pain and bedridden and medication has helped.

Ambiance of courtyard is nice, but they miss things when hosting events, some big and some small. Like not having a functioning elevator (hello ADA Act, hello OSHA) for those who can't climb their stairs and instead making them walk all the way UP and AROUND the building to get to the appetizer room area. Or not having seating available for older people in the appetizer room area. Or not having someone check the restrooms midway thru an event and restock the paper towels so guests don't have to air-dry...

Pleasant event venue, though a bit difficult to find if you're expected to enter via the back plaza/garden area. Google Maps does not identify the location correctly for walking directions, and I ran into several other wedding guests that were as confused as I was on surrounding blocks trying to...
