Happy Burgers / Hato Rey — Restaurant in San Juan

Long waits for food to be made althought there were only three customers. Ordered breaded chicken and it was grilled so when staff noticed they had to remake it which doubled the wait time. Lamentablemente este lugar va a caer por culpa de sus propios empleados, el día de hoy 22 de octubre de 2024 llame a las 21:31 y 21:32, no me contestan, así que procedo a llegar al local, cuando llego está uno de los empleados sentado en una silla en el salón viendo su teléfono, procede rápidamente a levantarse y atenderme, cuando llego frente a la caja veo a otros dos empleados sentados, uno en el piso, viendo videos en el teléfono.

Decidí sentarme en el salón a esperar mi comida, mientras espero escucho un teléfono sonando sin cesar, ahí caí en cuenta que era el teléfono del local, procedí a llamar estando yo ahí sentada y silenciaron la llamada, dos veces, cuando recojo mi comida la pregunté a una chica que si atendían llamadas y me indica que si pero que tengo que tener ATH móvil porque si no pago no me hacen la orden.

Eso está excelente encuentro que es lo mejor porque hay clientes que ordenan y no llegan, pero le refuté que e llamado en diferentes ocasiones (días) y que nunca contestan, y me dice que es porque están muy llenos de órdenes y por eso silencian el teléfono, pero estaban todos haciendo nada usando el teléfono 💆🏻‍♀️

PD: las tres llamadas que se ven canceladas era que yo estaba ahí en el salón llamando y viendo que...
