Burger King — Restaurant in San Juan

Waited at the door for 25mins. Now I understand that after a certain time doors close at night but to ignore me after 25 mins of me showing them my car was way too tall for the drive thru. The most you can do is acknowledge “hey listen I understand your car is big but we cannot take anyone inside” or “I can take your order outside but you can’t come inside” something was better then to be treated as if I was a wild animal. Bueno la mejoría es muy buena la apariencia del lugar es espectacular lo admito ,la limpieza del lugar y de sus alrededores muy limpio se nota y sus empleados estan bien presentados y con su mascarillas y la higiene que conlleva por la situación. En la variedad en el menú a sido mejor 👍...pero siempre hay algo que sigo en crítica y le doy 4 estrellas en vez de 5, En algunos aspectos cada vez que pruebo algún whopper, Sándwich o lleva relación, no 😔 esta bien hecho o le falta tomate y son pequeños, la lechuga poca. A veces la carne no está bien y por la rapidez deben verificarla, las papas y onion ring están a veces no estan bien o pasmadas o frías y lo más que molesta los refrescos , las personas que 🤔 le corresponden verificar antes de servirlo le falta soda o demasiado ....sumamente importante hagan pruebas y chequeen si están muy dulces o lo más común NOOOO Tienen soda ...y un refresco sin soda ...NOOO sirve principalmente la 7up o Pepsi algunas veses , señores ustedes se que mejoran para dar el mejor servicio a los clientes 👉, pero si ustedes mismos ,no se auditan ustedes mismos ,no hay mejora y para ser los mejores deben haber dedicacion..acuérdense que esto no es gratis se paga por la comida...como dato curioso, cuando voy al área este o oeste del país esto no se ve,hace poco fui a dorado y compré en diferentes. All I can say is horrible. It’s open late we went there after the Casinos closed. The wait in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. There were 2 cars ahead of us. So we went inside and got our food quickly. There are cars and people everywhere just hanging around in the way of you getting through the drive-thru. The police are around ignore the crowds doing zero crowd control. Find another 24 hour burger king if you can. The aggravation and wait is...
