Not too happy with their customer service. I understand the morning flow & how busy it can get. But, how busy are you, for social talking for minutes, two more customers comes in and regardless if they ordered in advance or not, (can't really say, although on just had Coffee!), but waiting for a toast, a black coffee and a juice for more than 17 mins (remember I have the time stamped from receipt), is way too much.. and still the toast was not ready.
