Martin's BBQ — Restaurant in San Juan

Food.....the rice was cold, the mofongo was too dry....it was falling apart. The chicken was not bad.

Service....it was bad, the person at the counter was botherd when asked if the mofongo was prepared at the moment. Also when we said what soft drink ...he decides to just stare at you for moment...then say no..we proceeded to ask the the offerd said it was included. He says that it's not included since we asked for additional items (at a extra price) it was not the posible to include a soft drink....the only place that I heard of that penalized for spending more money.

Will not go back!!!!😡😠🤬!!

BTW....it was the Martin's on...

Don't go to this location. Go to Galeria Paseos Mall location instead. Unhappy employees, they seem like they hate their job. Minimum chicken amount served is half chicken. So if you don't like some parts you still have to purchase them. At Martin's BBQ at Galeria Paseos they sell you 1/4 chicken which means you en enjoy the breast and wing alone or the thigh and leg. Had to order something else which was just ok. Rice was good, pork was hard,...

My first time visiting this place. Food is good and service is terrible, to say the least. Even worse, there isn't a menu. They expect everyone to know what to eat by looking at the items on display. Unless you know what exactly to order don't waste your day going here. I'm sure there's plenty of places to eat at, without getting...
