McDonald's — Restaurant in San Juan

This McDonalds used to be good, I used to go there for the simple fact that they didn't ever messed up your order. As of recently every time I've gone to this McDonalds they are always in a rush. They throw customer service out the window, every time I went there through the drive thru, no employee would greet me at any point, and every single day they are in a rush. I understand that if you hace a lot of customers you need to move fast, but you can not just cut out the customer service just to be a little quicker. Last but not least every time I went to this McDonald, because of the rush they were in they would get my orders wrong every time. For example today I asked for a Sausage McGriddle and instead I got a Ham McGriddle, also I asked for fruit punch and they gave...

The worst expirience in service , first the order was made in the rest app stand and the order was never received by the kitchen and I have tonwait 10 minutes for my order. Ten minutes later the lady ask for my receipt to be able to serve my order. When I received my order they did not put napkins in my tray, neither ketchup. When I ask for both the face of the lady the worst. I think you shoul consider return to the old way of serving. Painful...

I came by lunchtime on Friday, and it was like crazy. They were attending drive-thru, dine-in, and pickups. They took my order quickly, but I waited like 20min to have it served. There was a discussion in the kitchen, and we all saw it. But they finally resolved (take out from the serving line the one arguing). The GOOD.. order was served correctly, and the playground is OPEN!!!! My kids didn't know how much time I waited...
