Puttanesca — Restaurant in San Juan

They gave a parking lot just in front of the premises, although it's small and shared with other businesses. The personnel was friendly and professional, they were wearing masks, and have a hand sanitizer dispenser just in front, although, they are not taking temperature now.

You access the menu through a QR code and it is not too friendly since the size of the letters are small they just took the regular menu and print so you have to sue me in to have a better look.

It took a while for the food to arrive they were having problems with the electricity, the power went off few times, but it went back on rather quickly. I guess they have a generator. The food was well served, it was a nice serving size and...

Ordered pasta and it had absolutely no flavor. No salt, the sauce was Alfredo and it literally tasted like they boiled pasta in water and nothing else. I added chicken and there were 3 strips of chicken and it really was not a portion to satisfy the hunger. There were literally 4 very thin strips of chicken which was not enough protein. Every time I call to order, no one picks up. This has happened 3 times, when I arrive to the Restaurant ( btw it is not busy) I communicate to them the issue and they say “ohh Cellular works don’t know what happened, or “we just switched shifts”, etc. kind of nonchalant attitude, making us wait for the order instead of quickly picking up. Management needs to look into this...
