Starbucks — Restaurant in San Juan

Well another bad review for me which I really don't like giving. It took about 40 minutes for them to finish my order which was a simple cookies and cream frappuccino. Usually I'm pretty passive with that but I couldn't even enjoy inside I had to get it to go because I was running out of time and all I wanted was a quick coffee. Second the best thing about the frappuccino was the whipped cream that they put on top the actual thing tasted horrible and I would have rather gone to McDonald's and grabbed one of their cookies and cream shakes cuz at least it tastes better. While waiting for my order I had the pleasure of watching one of the employees go and make himself a coffee drink it before getting started on my order. Again I almost never give bad reviews like this because most places have something positive honestly I'm about to throw away this coffee because it really tastes horrible. Just to hear really bad time. Call definitely not be going back. Now I do like Starbucks I'll go to a different Starbucks but this one is specific I did not...

Normally my experience is okay and sometimes not so much, but today was just awful. I ordered a white mocha latte a cappuccino and a vanilla bean frappuccino and somehow the barista has managed to f* it up. Today is the last straw! If you are working here you should know at least how to not burn coffee. Well thats is exactly what happened on top of that the white mocha had no flavor and at first i thought it had no caramel. I only wish that were the case but no he did put the caramel... AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP THUS OVER SWEETENING MY COFFEE AND ON TOP HE TRIED TO COVER THE BURNT FLAVOR WITH MORE MILK!!! Same goes for the cappuccino only difference is that he also forgot the cinnamon on top of the whipcream. I guess the only two highlights were my brothers frappaccino and the cute cashier, but other than that it was a total disaster and i will not be returning...

Great friendly staff. They remember who you are and give out excellent suggestions to spice up your orders. The ambiance is great for focusing, one hand typing on a laptop and a grande cappuccino on the other. Even through their remodeling stage several months ago and the post-hurricane period, they have remained good spirited and super helpful. The only bad thing is that their wifi has been faulty or disabled for the last 2 months. For people like me who regularly visit as part of our weekly routine to study, work on projects or simply chill, its a bit dissapointing to find the wifi "available" and then not having it work. I only hope it goes back...
