We drove past this place countless times... I think we were actually a bit afraid to try it and it did look closed to us most of the time (you won't see many cars there, unless you drive past during lunch time).

Yelpers helped us make the decision and boy we didn't regret it in the least. Their food is awesome, the owners are super nice, the wait time is not that long and we keep on coming back for more. My (before) fav burger place was either In-N-Out or 5 Guys (depending which was closer and cause they both have a lettuce burger wrap), but not anymore. These burgers are phenomenal. The value/price is also amazing (for this price you won't get this big of a burger anywhere else).

Husband always orders a cheese burger combo (burger, fries and a drink) and is never disappointed. The meat is juicy and properly grilled, the fries are nothing special, but we like the fact that they are not salty as they usually are everywhere else. My favourite is the grilled chicken burger. I don't think I've encountered a tastier chicken in any of the burger joints so far. I skip the bun (and pickles), cause I'm gluten intolerant and I don't really like sweet and soft bread buns, but that's my own personal preference.

We haven't tried anything else from their menu, cause we just love those two things so much, but maybe the next time I'll dive into it and choose something else.

Don't let the looks deceive you, they are more than...

Giant is a good descriptor for the burgers here. Fresh vegetables bring a bit of life to the bites that you don't get from a chain, and the seasoning of the patties are savory and delicious. It is honestly difficult not to make a mess while eating, so bear that in mind, and eat over a table! The fries although a bit bland, had a nice crisp to them, showing their freshness, and with so much drippings from the burger, it's not the worst thing in the world.

As much as I enjoyed this spot, it kills me that they are essentially a lunch during work type of location.

The hours don't really give you the option of taking it home for dinner, and unless you get into work a bit later in the day, the breakfast option seems like a wishful thought. There is an assortment of other options as well, including hot and cold sandwhiches, but I haven't had a chance to try those yet.

They are open on Saturday, so I do say give them a try, just be prepared for a bit of a long wait. It'll be...

My girlfriend and l just left Giant Burger two(2) hours ago and enjoyed a Bacon Cheese Burger and two (2) Teriyaki Chicken Plattes w/salads & dressings...watching the sunset at San Leandro Marinia!!! Everything was great...fresh lettuce, tomato, red & white onions on burger and salads! They had ample drinks available but l drink 'alkaline water' and it was not available! They have delicious thick shakes, assorted teas, soft drinks (cans & fountains), assorted Arizona's, coffee, ...not to mention assorted cheese cakes slices! The couple who own and operate the establishment are courtesy and always know; if you have been there before by acknowledge you by speaking! They are limited in extended conversation but your order is clear and concise! People who frequent the place openly engage in conversation and laughter but grab their orders quickly! The food is hot and reminds you of how it use-to-be...fresh, crunchy, and plentiful! Pleasant yesterday,...

Covid is still upon us. Order inside and wait for food outside. The food was hot, juicy and delicious. Fries were hot, crispy and yummy. My bacon cheeseburger was also juicy, crisp lettuce, fresh onions and tomatoes. The only issue was the bun was not fresh, but crumbled and fell apart while eating. How can this be for a place called 1/3rd original giant burger? I hope everyone else's buns were in better shape. Tasted great, but please don't sell me a stale bun. I give it another try sometime and hopefully get better results.

I’ve been coming here regularly for well over a year and to date I’ve only ever ordered the Teriyaki Chicken plate w/rice and salad. It’s that good that I haven’t tired of it yet and wanted to order any other dish. They’ve recently put some money back into the building with a new sign and paint job. Place is run by a friendly, hard-working Korean family. Show some local support and try this place out - it may become your favorite go-to spot for teriyaki and burgers.
