If I could give my experience at this place ZERO stars, I would. I've been here many times and they DO NOT provide receipts when you pay cash and that is against city ordinance. Secondly, the customer service is HORRENDOUS. Tonight, I went and it took the staff 23 mins to come to the speaker to take my order. I finally just drove to the window and RAYNA tells me that I needed to drive back around to the speaker to place my order. I told her to call the police because I was putting my car in park AT THE WINDOW while I called the BK Experience line and I put the call on speaker so she could hear. Next, she called over the so called "manager". That woman told me that it was my problem that they were short staffed. I told her to call the cops cuz I was refusing to move my car. This is taking place while the BK Experience call was on speaker. RAYNA comes back to the window and very sweetly asks me to park in the lot and she will bring my order to my car. I obliged and while the other cars behind me got their orders and drove off, I'm STILL in the parking area. I asked for my receipt and she told me that I couldn't get one cuz I paid cash. I still had the BK Experience dude on speaker and he heard it all. I'm calling the City of San Leandro Tax Revenue Dept. first thing on Monday to report them. Read moreThis place is disgusting and sad. I went here twice consecutively in the morning around 8:45am. The first day I went through the drive thru. The coffee and breakfast biscuit were both lukewarm.. no biggie, but still annoying as I despise luke warm coffee but figured I'd warm them at the office. Today, same thing but worse. I go through the drive thru, and realize the sandwich isn't even warm as if it's been sitting there for hours! The coffee, again is lukewarm. Once I opened the sandwich, the order was incorrect. I end up going inside to have them correct it. They correct it, but again, are these folks NOT using any heating elements?! WHY would you give a customer a breakfast sandwich with cheese that clearly just came out the fridge?! It was cold, not melted, and I swear the croissant bread was almost stiff. Once I get to the ofc, Im putting creamer in my coffee and then I notice the cup....the cup is dirty and there is clearly a black fingerprint on the cup, and the lid also has a slight dirt mark. Read moreThe last time i went here the ordering screen was black. I put my car in reverse to leave then a voice came over the speaker to ask me for my order. When i arrived at the window i asked if i could add a Hershey pie. Even though it was a pre-made item the manager refused to add it to my order. The worker then apologized and said i could come in snd order it if i wanted. When i ordered two BK Kings on door dash, which are double patties & special sauce (always because they're trying to be like the big mac) i got two single patty regular cheese burgers and the ticket on my bag clearly said two BK Kings so this was mishandled by the restaurant. My dasher had no way of knowing. A pretty expensive mistake because u pay more, plus a $2.00 San Leandro fee and tip!
