We have been coming to this establishment for 25+ years and it is always been good until today. I understand nobody’s perfect. When it was brought to their attention that the hash-browns were burnt beyond extra crispy, they just reminded me that I asked for extra crispy and they’ll let the kitchen know. Anybody that has ever eaten a burnt potato knows the bitter taste that it has, and how it will ruin your taste buds for the rest of your food and for sometime after. Thanks a lot guys for your lack of understanding. I didn’t make a big deal about it and you hardly acknowledged the situation. I will change my ordering techniques in the future to help you avoid a mistake like this next time. We will just have to sum this up as a bitter breakfast.
Sincerely, yours,
A loyal customer for 25+ years.

The bacon wasn't overly salty, which can be an issue at other diners. I would definitely recommend this diner and looking forward to going back. Just wish they opened til later then 2pm in...
