Wow, just wow! 🤩 We ordered the chicken and rice, beef quesadilla, birria tacos, and sweet corn — every single bite was absolutely delicious 🤤. The flavors were so fresh and perfectly seasoned, we couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was.

On top of that, the service was just as amazing as the food. The owner, April, is such a gem! Even though the hours said they open at 3 PM on Sunday, we showed up around 2 PM while she was just getting things started. She welcomed us with so much kindness and still took our order without hesitation. That kind of hospitality is rare these days, and it made our experience extra special.

This food truck is a true hidden treasure. Incredible food, warm vibes, and an owner who truly cares about her customers. We’ll definitely be back again...

One word: QUALITY. Their name doesn’t do justice for how amazing their food is. I always get their shrimp tacos and quesadillas. Let me tell ya, I haven’t tasted quality shrimp like that since a vacation in Tulum!

Their food is beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside. What I mean is they serve aesthetic food AND cooked with excellence. They only use grass fed beef, wild caught shrimp, avocado oil, AND cook with CAST IRON. Their drinks are fresh, delicious, and made with good health in mind.

Some of the best vegan eats in town! Checked out this food truck tonight and had the pambazo with vegan chorizo and the thaiquitos with chickpeas. The thaiquitos were probably the best vegan tacos I have had! Flavors were sensational. Pambazo was tasty, spicy and filling. Our daughters had the PB&J and loved it (high praise from a toddler and preschooler) - house made jam was delicious. We had the mango lime and strawberry mint juices which were both very refreshing on a hot summer night. There were plenty of non-vegan options as well I would have tried before going vegan. A must try...
