It was opening day, I ordered 2 hot dogs. I walked home to find the buns were rock hard. I went back they were nice and fixed it.

My wife took our 2 and 4 year old for ice cream cones. First cone took 10 min to get. Second cone came out at 20 min. The third cone came out at 35 min. My wife was not happy and neither were the kids.

Ordered food, got it walked home. Saw I was missing an item. I called and told them. The girl argued on the phone that she knows she put it in the bag. I brought the entire bag of food back, after they went to the back and looked in the bag they told me they were out of that item even though I was told it got put in there, they never had it to begin with. It was replaced with onion rings. I got home and found the onion rings were burnt and rock hard.

Just spent $60 on food for my family 3 beefs, 3 fries, chick tenders, and a hot dog. When I got home with the food two of the three beefs were upside down in their containers, cold, and the mozzarella cheese was not melted at all just thrown on at the end. We heated the food and toasted it properly in our toaster over. There is some kind of a beer or some other flavor in the beefs that was absolutely disgusting. Not the way a beef should be at all. We threw all the food in the garbage.

It is a town called Sandwich, and all we got was a milkshake 😁 we drove through during our “interesting town names of Illinois” little road trip and you have to stop in a town called Sandwich. Needed a little sugar pick-me-up and stopped here. I had a simple chocolate milkshake (not pictured but really good) and hubs got this pumpkin spice milkshake (it was around Thanksgiving). It was a little too sweet for my liking but other than that, very interesting. Great place to people watch. Staff were great. We enjoyed our milkshake...

Me and my best friend went here for Brenda's, upon seeing that it wasn't there anymore we decided to try this place. Would not recommend. We both had a chilli cheese dog, a couple pops and 1 order of mozzarella sticks. Definitely not worth the $20 spent. After eating we both now feel sick, and are in physical pain. Will not be going back. Very unpleasant experience. Do not go here. I will be calling to try to...
