Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sandwich

I’ve done dine in takeout and door dash. Always a bad experience. This was my last straw today. Ordered door dash and workers gave the guy completely wrong order. I called and manager said “I’m sorry we had 37 door dash orders this morning on top of regular in person service we are slammed.” She was definitely willing to give me a credit or free stuff if I came in (thank you barb) and door dash refunded my entire order plus took the tip away from the rude driver! Yay! But… I must say. If you can’t handle the amount of volume you’ve created by signing up to deliver the food, then stop delivering. I know it’s a big money maker, but it’s wasting peoples hard earned money. I think it’s terrible businesses know they are overwhelmed and would rather send out wrong orders or undercooked and rushed food, than get it right. Stop door dashing. Since you can’t handle the “37 orders from door dash just this morning”. Thank you. Wasting peoples money and time. Just so you can make more. QUIT DASHING! Also, WAY overpriced. They are trying to compete with Starbucks pricing! You are not Starbucks. That’s why we love dunkins! Everything is getting ruined!!!!!!
