I feel that this is one of the better or best Thai restaurants I've been to in a long time. I feel like I would have given it a 4.5 out of five but I'll give it a five anyway. The reason why is because they open at late hours. 5:00 p.m.? But besides that I mean you can order I guess ahead of time on the app. And I don't know if it was at their clothes till like do whatever in the kitchen and then open back up. But that's it about the only complaint I have now. Now what I ordered. Oh man, there was some good stuff. I would suggest anybody get the shrimp bikini if you're a shrimp fan, it comes with a plum sauce or you can order the calamari. There are lightly spiced not too heavy on the hot side but it does come with a very tasty sauce with it. Also the chicken satay skewers those are pretty good. The peanut sauce is a little bit on the sweet side but it was still good and the puffed Curry pastry. That was delicious and it comes with another type of sauce. Can't remember cuz I ate it so fast. The place has a very nice ambiance to it. They have good, sturdy silverware and glasses. I know it sounds weird, but it's not your run-of-the-mill restaurant where they have cheap utensils. It does have a nice clean insides no sticky floors which is also a plus. No blaring music. Nice soft music and so far I like the place a lot.

Racist and fraudulent business practices! Since the fire, they changed for the worst. Portion sizes are smaller, the owner is rude and untrustworthy. She knew she upcharged me because she refused to give an itemized receipt for my to-go order. Instead, she provided generic receipts (see photos). I did the math from the menu and calculated my orders to be: Chicken Tom kha soup $8 Matsaman beef $8.50 Mango sticky rice $5 Total $21.50 + 7.75% tax ($1.67)= $23.17 NOT $31.25 and I left a $4 tip= $35.25 I've long supported this restaurant for 10+ years. No way to treat a loyal customer who referred many customers here. Now I have to go through the ordeal of filing a cc dispute. They should be ashamed.

I was craving papaya salad and was so excited to see it’s served here at Erawan! I tried to call in my takeout but nobody picked up the phone so I had to order online instead. Pick up was quick and easy. I got the papaya salad and Tom Kha chicken coconut soup. The food was tasty but I felt that it was quite expensive for the portion size. My total was over $25 with tax for the soup and salad. For a $15 salad, I was hoping for more papaya salad and not a little papaya salad + a small wedge of lettuce. Overall, the food was yummy and I would order again on special occasions.

I’ve ordered here a few times before and i always order the same thing. I ordered pad see ew through their website not a third party app. The menu says pad see ew has carrots and broccoli in a brown soy based sauce. Through the app I requested no broccoli and extra carrots. I pick up my order which was done pretty quickly however I didn’t check before I left. I get home get ready to eat when I notice a bunch of different vegetables in my noodle dish that I know don’t come in the dish I ordered. I called to see if I can bring it back and get the correct dish I ordered since i had spent $19. The lady I spoke with tried to argue me down like I had made a mistake during my order, she tried to tell me that I should have ordered my dish and put “no vegetables” but on the menu and through ordering this dish plenty of times before it is only served with carrots and broccoli. The dish I had received had onions, bell peppers, snow peas, mushrooms and a bunch of other things I rather not eat. The lady on the phone then told me I needed to reach out to the website I ordered the food through. I advised her I ordered directly through their website. We went back and forth a few times and I told her I just wanted what I ordered and I assured her after a long day I definitely didn’t want to come back up there and waste my time nor theirs. She then told me pad see ew didn’t have bell peppers in it which furthers my point of they gave me the wrong order. Which I understand mistakes happen but she acted like it was my fault I didn’t order the right thing and never really gave a solution. She just asked how long it would take for me to come back (never apologized for my inconvenience and even interrupted me a few times) and I said I could be back in 5 minutes and she said ok and hung up the phone. I went back and she must have seen me come through the door and walked toward me and placed my corrected order on the table and didn’t hand it to me and took the bag with the incorrect order and never said a word to me during this exchange. I frequent here often and usually enjoy my food but I will not...

WARNING: They are not fully organic, and we believe even use traditional sauces and condiments.

If you are not fully immersed in an organic, chemical free lifestyle, then order the food here - its delicious!

However, the few of us that adhere to that lifestyle, may have a ruff time. I use to own restaurants myself, and understand the hardship associated with organic dining. You guys obviously put attention and care into your food - but making your own sauces is not only going to provide a better experience, its one of the highest cost-per-serving items you offer. So you REALLY should.

While veggies and chicken are readily available and cost efficient, beef and noodles can harder. Beef is especially hard, but there are farms that adhere to organic farming, but cannot take on the costs for certification. With a little effort, you can find one (or msg me, I'd be happy to help).

I left 5 stars, as I understand I am the minority here (and the effort is appreciated), but there are other reviewers that seemed to share my disappointment.

We feel drained, and just awoke from a chemical coma. Not the experience I think you are trying to deliver.

While people that eat traditional food probably feel great not realizing it's the absence of chemicals causing it.

We will be in GA in a few months, and look forward to see if this...
