This applies to all the locations, so rather than a bunch of individual reviews, here I am -
My number one concern: What did you do to your app menu? You even removed basics such as cappuccino. Even if I can go order direct at a store from a full selection, it removes all the convenience and speed of the app. When I saw the reduced menu at our go to location yesterday, we ended up going to another location to get what we wanted. I was hoping it was a limited trial, but when I went to compare the menus this morning, I see they have now all been decimated. Not a good change.
Also, why the change to panini-ing all the croissants for a warm sandwich? Misses the point of a light fluffy croissant, to have it smashed and compacted.
The hot lids are getting consistently worse. If you've tried to drink from one, you know. Went to a location that said they were trialing new lids and cups. I don't know if that's true, or if someone ran low and had to get something fast, but they were awesome. That would be a great change.
