I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE because I didn't order fast enough. I am Realtor, and I meet a lot of people for coffee, I purchase gift cards by the 100"s and spend a lot of money in this place, or I used to. Met with Clients at the Jordan Landing location, facing foreclosure, right at Christmas, needless to say it was a delicate conversation. We were interrupted by a young lady informing us of their loitering policy and to order or leave. I asked her to give us a few minutes, she came back and again said order something or leave. So I ordered what ever she wanted to bring me that would make her happy and allow me to finish my conversation with these distraught people. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS HEATED! so after my clients left I stayed behind to speak with the girls at the counter about the way that was handled. It's not what they said but how they handled it. It got worse and they told me to take my business elsewhere. I informed them that it was not their place to make that decision and let me speak to the manager, who came up and as we tried to have a conversation, yet they would not shut up, I finally had to tell one girl to butt out and let me speak to the manager, these 2 girls were so rude that I will never give Beans & Brews another dime, let along the hundreds of dollars that I did this year. I really hope that someone in Corporate actually reads this. I am an easy person to get along with, I understand policies, I have my own, but I do not look like a vagrant, and I certainly will not allow 2 stupid young people running a counter to speak to me or my clients that way. Read moreI used to love Beans and Brew but now I do not. The Layton location off 193 is the worst. Prices should be advertised and tipping shouldn't be jammed in your face. They say it's optional but it's not. I went to this location today at 3:30pm and the younger male in the drive through said here you can pick your tip. I selected a buck but you could tell he was annoyed. Then it took 5 minutes to get my drink after that. My drink tasted and looked strange so I had to throw it away. Now I have to be concerned if I don't tip enough you will do something to my drink. Just avoid that location. Management clearly has let the place go to hell. What happened to good customer service? What happened to good quality products?
Jeff and Kevin Laramie should be disappointed in the current management team. This always happens once a company goes big they lose all priority for customer service and good quality products. Whoever is in charge or training and franchise standards should be fired...

I’ve visited your store on 4100 S. and 40th W. and the young lady that worked the window I don’t know her name but she served me before. she took my order right away there’s two cars in front of me but she got them served and then when I got up there she asked me if I wanted a carrier And I said yes and I got my drinks put in there with straws in the drink and a cupholder on the hot one with the little thing that stops it from spilling. I normally have to ask for those things but she’s very on top of it the drinks are made right they were made timely and I appreciate it.
