Jasmine Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Sanford

The best Thai restaurant that I have experienced in the State of Maine. Clearly this restaurant has a trained chef. The flavors are authentic, the quality is consistent, the ingredients are the freshest. What a pleasure to eat in a restaurant with a talented chef who maintains a high standard of quality. I recommend that the person who complained about take out mistakes, try going into the restaurant to place your order or doing it by text so there are no misunderstandings. Everything in our orders were perfect, but we were in the restaurant to order and eat our meal. I had the drunken noodles with pork. It was just excellent. The portions are generous, and I ate until I was quite uncomfortable, and then I took the rest home for yet another meal. BTW, the prices are excellent. I shall return Jasmine Thai soon...

I am fond of this place and keep going back even though my order is often wrong, over/undercooked, or in some ways compromised. I feel like it has a lot of potential, and issues are related more towards the chef as opposed to the service. Example; have had no cashews in pineapple fried rice, no “extra red pepper” in a particular dish, and chicken so difficult to chew, that it took substantial effort. I vowed never to order their fresh spring rolls again after the the first time. I feel like at the prices they charge, they could be offering a lot more quality, expertise, and attention to detail, which is why I’m giving them 3 stars. Good start but so much...

We surprised our waitress Jean by going to visit her at the Jasmine Thai restaurant in Springvale. Jean was our waitress at the Siam Thai restaurant in Topsham. She always has a smile on her face and takes great care of every customer despite how busy they get. The same person owns each of these restaurants. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. We always have a fresh, hot cup of ginger tea, and Jean remembered without us having to ask. We order a lot of different dishes and usually have enough left overs for another two to three meals. Great food, great service, fair prices, and one of the most joyful, happy go lucky...
