If I could give a -1 star for service and atmosphere I would. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you want to close at 8:45pm, that’s fine. But don’t advertise that you close at 9pm then have employees refusing to make food at 8:45. As I was ordering sandwiches and mid order, they told me I couldn’t order a 3rd- 15 minutes BEFORE the advertised closing time. I don’t know what they would’ve done if someone else came in to order food at 8:47- I suppose they would’ve refused them. Not to mention I was never asked if we wanted anything else with that order before they started putting food items away. It was clear from the moment we walked into the store they were annoyed we had come in at all, we were obviously an inconvenience to them, and they let it be known. They were rude, no smiles, no eye contact, barely any communication about items they were out of, no communication asking if we had wanted to order anything else before putting food items away. We were quite literally refused service mid way through an order.
I would definitely NOT recommend this subway. Go to the Subway in Sanford instead...
Read moreThis is the second bad experience from this subway and I don’t think we’ll be back, the first time I ordered just a sub for my husband online and I get there and they say they didn’t have the order, I told them it was pending to come out of my account already and even showed the manager that it was and his response was that it would go back into my account and if not to call him and had me pay for the sub in store, we’ll it came out of my account and I called the store three times to get the round about. So paid $22 for one sub ✌🏻 now this time I come and get subs for my family online and this is what we get? All the subs were made wrong and this sub I paid $10 for yet it only has 4 pieces of meat on it, like no veggies, no dressing. This is just sad. I used to work for subway and if I had given a customer this I would have been ashamed. I know inflation but god I paid $43 tonight for non of the food to be made correctly. And not gonna bother trying to reach out to make it correct sense clearly they don’t care about their customers from previous statement above. So I guess I’ll just stop giving this...
Read moreThe ONLY reason I'm giving a 4 is because of the one female employee who stayed cool collected and professional while I was there. I didn't get her name but she was young and wore glasses. When I walked in, there were 3 employees working, 2 females, 1 male. The male was not wearing a mask. The manager called and I assume told him to put one on. He refused and left. The older of the two women freaked out when he left and no joke had a hissy fit about closing by herself. The younger of the two (the shining star) said she would stay and told her coworker to calm down. That the way she was acting was childish and not appropriate in front of customers. As I was leaving, the Star employee told her co-worker if she was going to continue to behave that way she could leave. AND SHE DID. I couldn't believe it. Now this young woman is there by herself running the store. Whoever the manager of subway in Springvale is, you better give that girl a big fat raise and fire...
