Terrible... But let me tell you why first. I use to go hear occasionally but no longer will I. Tonight I went through the drive through hoping to get my food and carry on as usuall... you better buckle up cause this is a story. There are 3 workers standing outside and one of them hits and knocks another to the ground. The hit guy falls full force to the ground with a loud sound and the other to workers go back in, leaving him there. So now I'm processing what I just saw and it's been awhile this guys laying still on the ground... I honestly was thinking he was dead or severely hurt. When I get up to the food window I mention the guy on the ground and the workers say oh he just has attention problems he's crazy. Not to mention all the McDonald's workers are smiling and laughing about it with the guy who hit him. So I don't think the workers did anything they should've because the guy unconscious guy was laying in the road 1. He had been assaulted 2. It's a threat to himself if he was awake because a car could hit him so 911 should've been called. Later I was getting gas and saw an ambulance go by but I think it was the nearby car wash worker or customer that called. My point is all those workers seem extremely low life staring and laughing about a guy who could've died that's terrible and I don't want people like that making my food!!! Where are the managers or boss very disappointed in that...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible. Every time I go there's always a problem. Either I'm waiting by the drive thru box for 15 minutes while employee are smoking by the dumpster. Or my orders wrong or missing items.
Or today's catastrophe, I pulled up to the drive thru, no one in front of me, and the menu isn't up, instead someone else's order is still up. I ask to see the menu and he says "start ordering and that will go away". That doesn't even make sense. The point of the menu is to see what you want BEFORE you order. And I tell him that I need to see the menu first. He says he can't do that and I just need to order.
Again I tell him, no, I need to look at the menu first and he tells me "that's not my problem, I can't do anything about that, you need to order." We left and went to the other McDonald's, wouldn't you know, the menu started up the whole time after the other vehicle so I could see what we wanted. Clearly this McDonald's doesn't know what they're doing and they need better training because it's...
Read moreI’m a doordasher in Sanford and tonight I went to pick up an order for a customer and this store gave it to a random person in the drive through 5 mins before I got there. They didn’t bother to verify this person was a dasher. I when I came in, I saw the order on the screen and then the girl deleted it then told me they “couldn’t find the order”. Then the manager said the name of my customer and told me “it had been picked up in the drive through about 5 mins ago”. Either they kept the food or they gave it away, neither of which is ok. Did not offer to replace the order for my customer who had paid and was still waiting for food in the dasher app. I had to call the customer, explained what happened. He had to then go and cancel his order which affected him and myself who lost out on an order that I was already there to pick up. Please better train your staff to double check dasher phones and order numbers to avoid this from happening (or at least pretend to care and...
